Decd that was ??? to them by the Administrators of the Decd and that the foregoing is a True Inventry Thereof made to the Best of Their skill and knowledg Witness my hand the Day and year above To -- (Sig) Jn Davis _______________________________________________ Bond for due administg the Estate of James Weir decd #1945 Dated 13th April 1785 - Inventory then filed Registered Admn Book C Know all Men by these Presents That We Robert Weir (prob.), John Weir, James ~~Barclay & William Walker, all of Warrington Township in the County of Bucks, Yeoman------- are held & firmly bound unto Joseph Hart Esq(?) yester forth, ???? ?? & ganting Letters of Administration, in & for the County of Bucks in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the Sum of Six hundred---------Pounds, to be paid to the ? Joseph Hart, his certain attorney, Exors. Admrs or Assigns: To the which payment will & truly to be made we bind ourselves, jointly & severally, for & in the whole, our Heirs, Exors. & Admrs firmly by these presents. Sealed with our Seals. Dated the thirteenth Day of April--in the Year of our Lord, One thousand sevenhundred & eighty-five. The Condition of this obligation is such, That if the above bounden Robert Weir and John Weir---------------Administrators of all & singular the Goods, Chattels, Rights & Credits of this Deceased, which have or shall come to the Hands, possession or knowledge of them the said Robert Weir & John Weir----------- or unto the Hands & possession of any other person or persons for them and the same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the Register's Office, in the County of Bucks the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited, into the Register's Office, in the County of Bucks at or before the thirteenth day of May-------next evening; and the same Goods, Chattels & Credits, & all other the Goods, Chattels & Credits of the said decd. at the time of his Death, which at any Time after shall come to the Hands or possession of the said Robert Weir & John Weir--------or into the Hands & possession of any other person or persons for them do well & truly administer according to Law. And further, do make, or cause to be made, a true & just account of their said Administration, at or before the thirteenth Day of April Anno Domini 1786. And all the Rest & Residue of this & Goods, Chattels & Credits which shall be found remaining upon thes d. Administrator's Account (the same being first examined & allowed of by the Orphans Court of the County of Bucks aforesd.) shall deliver & pay unto such person or persons respectively as this d. Orphans Court, by their Decree or Sentence, pursuant to the true Intent & Meaning of the several Laws now in Force in this Commonwealth shall limit & appoint. And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will & Testament was made by this Deceased, & the Exor. or Exors. therein named, do exhibit the same into the said Register's Office, making Request to have it allowed & approved accordingly: And if then the above boundens Robert Weir and John Weir----------bring thereunto required, do render & deliver the ?
