Latrobe Bulletin Mon, Jun 16, 1952
William Z. Murrin, 84, who practiced law here for nearly 60 years, died
yesterday at his home after a long Illness. The veteran attorney was a former
member of the school board and served as councilman when Butler was a borough.
At the turn of the century he was associated with the firm of Painter and
Murrin. Later he founded the Murrin & Murrin law firm with his brother John, who
died 15 years ago. Solemn requiem high mass will be celebrated in St. Paul's
Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
