That is to say: I give and bequeath to my son Conrad fifty four acres off the north end of my farm as surveyed this day by Enos McDonald, also seventeen acres now on his possession in the vicinity of Whitestown for which he is to pay to my other heirs the sum of three hundred dollars ($300) as herein after noted. I give and bequeath to the heirs of my son George thirty acres which they now have in possession and hold by article from me of which his widow shall have possession during her lifetime. Should she die before the youngest child attains the age of twenty one years than the oldest boy shall have possession till said youngest child shall have attained the age of twenty one years at which time or at the death of his said widow whichever shall latest occur said thirty acres herein bequeathed shall be equally divided amongst his heirs. I give and bequeath to my son Henry eighty six acres of the south end of my farm containing the dwelling house in which I now reside and other improvements being the residue left after cutting off the bequests herein before and after named be the same more less; Also I bequeath to him my secretary, one brass kettle, one copper kettle, my rifle gun, 1- 2 year-old heifer, and one yearling heifer for which he is to pay the sum of five hundred and fifty dollars ($550) as hereinafter stated. Also I bequeath to my son Henry my large ---dining table. I give and bequeath to my son Isaac the piece of land on which his house stands bounded on the east by land herein bequeathed to my Son George's heirs and on the west by land bequeathed to my sons Conrad and Henry containing about thirty acres. I give and bequeath to my daughter Katherine Ann intermarried with J.M. Dunn three hundred dollars to be paid by my sons Conrad and Henry in equal payments one, too, and three years after my decease without interest. I give and bequeath to my daughter Eleanor Jane intermarried with J.W. Forrester four hundred dollars to be paid by my two sons Conrad in Henry in equal payments one, too, and three years after my decease without interest. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann intermarried with Joseph Shearer fifteen acres of land off the South East corner of my farm south of the Whitestown road which she now has in her possession also I give her one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) to be paid by my two sons Conrad and Henry in equal payments one, too, and three years after my decease without interest and I would further provide that if my two sons Conrad and Henry be able or find it convenient to pay the bequests in money herein named to my said daughter's they shall not be entitled to any abatement on account of paying said sums before the time specified herein. Also should it be necessary that I should incur any debts during my lifetime I hereby make it obligatory on my two sons Conrad and Henry on account of the bequests herein made to them to pay all such debts after my decease. I give and bequeath to my wife full possession of the house in which I now live during her lifetime also ingress and egress to the same and full privilege of the yard and grounds adjoining also feed pasture and stabling for any cows she may wish to keep for her own use. Also all my household furniture, bed and bedding and I also provide that my two sons Conrad and Henry shall on account of the bequests herein made to them see that she receives a comfortable support and all necessary attention to make her comfortable in her declining years and also that they shall bear the funeral expenses at our decease and shall put up a respectable tombstone at each of our graves. I do hereby appoint my two sons Conrad Beighley and Henry B. Beighley executors' of this my last will and testament given under my hand and seal this twenty first day of May A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. Also I change the bequest to my daughter Eleanor Jane as follows: instead of four hundred dollars above stated I give and bequeath to her three hundred dollars.
