We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ I, Frederick Bupp, of Lancaster Twp., in the County of Butler, and State of Pennsylvania, [illegible], being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And as to my worldly estate, and all the property, real, personal, or mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed of, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in manner following, to wit: My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall, by my executors hereinafter named, be paid out of my estate, as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Frederick, the Conrad Miller farm containing fifty acres more or less, his heirs and executors, administrators and assigns forever. And by Frederick, shall pay to my son John Bupp the sum of five ($500) hundred dollars, this being for money I owe him, unpaid on of his farm. Also my son Frederick Bupp shall keep my wife comfortably in the house in which we now live, provide & care for her during her lifetime. I also give, devise and bequeath to my son Frederick, the farm on which I now live, to have and to hold the same to him, his executors, administrators and assigns forever. I give, devise and bequeath to my son William Bupp the farm on which he now lives containing fifty acres more or less to him to hold the same to his Exr's., Admns., and assigns for ever. The line run by Slater shall be the line between him & my son Warren. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Warren Bupp the farm on which he now lives: to have and to hold the same, to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever. Holding to the Slater line. I bequeath to my daughter Emiline, married to Warren Elliott, the one thousand dollars I paid for her in her house and lot in New Castle, as her share of my estate. I bequeath to my daughter Louisa, married to Henry Miller the one thousand dollars his property in Pittsburg, as her share of my estate. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Sarah, the farm on which she now lives, containing thirty five acres, to have and to hold the same, her executors, administrators and assigns for ever. I bequeath to my daughter Catherine, married to Levi Rosebaugh, the seven ($750 hundred fifty dollars I paid on his property in Kansas as her share of my estate. It is mutually understood that my son Robt. Buff is to have the farm owned by my wife upon which he now lives as his share of the estate. The said farm contains about eighty-four acres. I give to my friend John Flinner one dollar as a peace offering. All the rest and residue of my personal property, monies and any thing I may die possessed of, after my debts, funeral expenses are paid shall equally divided among my surviving children. Lastly, I do appoint my sons, William and Frederick Bupp to be the Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I Frederick Bupp have this 4th day of January 1895 in presence of witnesses subscribed my name and affixed my seal. To The Executors of the Will of Frederick Bupp, Esq. late of Lancaster Township Butler County Penna, deceased. You the said Executors of said will, to wit - Frederick and William Bupp are hereby notified that I, the undersigned Mrs. Leah Bupp widow of said Frederick Bupp Esq. Deceased do hereby signify my election to abide by the provisions made for me in said will and do hereby release you and the estate of my said deceased husband from all other or further claims against the same, including the three hundred dollars which I might claim by law and you can go on and settle said Estate according to the provisions of said will with which I will not interfere but remain content with the provisions thereof forever.
