Gill, S. S. Mercer Township, Butler County, Pa. In the name of God, Amen. I, Eliza A. Gill, of Mercer Township, Butler County, and State of Penna., being in good health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my will and testament in manner following: That is to say, I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses, in the first place be fully paid, and after payment thereof, I give and bequeath to Anna Eliza Getty the sum of three hundred dollars. I give and bequeath to my brother, William Gill, fifty dollars. Unto Josie Getty the remainder of all my money- also all my land, sheep, one cow and any other articles she may wish to possess. And I do hereby appoint my brother, Hugh Gill, executor of this, my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I, the said testator, have to this, my last will and testament, set my hand and seal the 18th day of April, 1887. Signed Eliza A. Gill Witnesses John A. Campbell and Margaret A. Personally came before me, the Register of Wills in and for said County, Hugh Gill, a resident of Mercer Township in said County, who being duly sworn according to law, did dispotheth snd sayeth that to the best of his knowledge and belief, Eliza A. Gill, late of the Township of Mercer, in said County, departed this life on 13th day of January, A.D. 1889, about 8 o'clock P.M. of said day.
