The Declaration of Celestine Englebrecht upon his solemn oath represents that he was born in Munich in Bavaria, that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or sovereignty whatever and particularly to Manimilian, King of Bavaria of whom he was heretofore a subject.
