EXECUTOR'S NOTICE. Daniel Flenner Estate
Letters Testamentary upon the estate of Daniel Flenner, late of Summerhill township,
Cambria county, having been granted by the Register of said county, to the
undersigned; all persons knowing themselves indebted to said estate are requested to
settle their accounts forthwith. And all persons having claims against said estate,
will present them to the subscriber at the residence near Jefferson, on or before
the 30th day of November next.
