ASSIGNEE APPOINTED.  In the matter of Wm. R. Hughes, Bankrupt. 
To whom it may concern: The undersigned hereby gives notice of his appointment as
Assignee of  the estate of Wm. R. Hughes, of Wilmore, in the county of Cambria, in
the said District who was to wit: On the 2d day of March. A. D. 1868, adjudged a
Bankrupt, upon his own petition, by the District Court of said District. Dated at
Johnstown this 30th day of April, A.D. 1868.
