Written: June 30, 1870 Sheriff's Sale Property of Terence and Frank Hughes By virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Court of Common of Pleas, Cambria county, and to me directed, there will be exposed to Public Sale, at the Union Hall, Johnstown, on Thursday, the 7th day of July next, at 2 o'clock, p. m., the following Real Estate, to wit: All the right, title and interest of Terence and Frank Hughes, of, in and to a lot of ground situate in Cambria borough, Cambria county, fronting 50 feet on Broad street, running back along the lot of William Licen, 132 feet to an alley, and joining the lot of Thos. Halleran, having thereon erected a two story plank house and shoemaker shop, not now occupied. Taken in execution and taken to be sold at the suit of C. B. Ellis. JOHN A.
