Declaration    )   Pennsylvania, Cambria County, ss:
    of         >   The declaration of Mark Sanzer
Mark Sanzer    )   upon his solemn oath represents
                   that he was born in Germany
and was heretofore a subject of Louis Philip, that it was
bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United
States, and to renounce forever all allegiances and fidelity
to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty what-
ever and particularly to Louis Philip of France of
whom he was heretofore a subject. And the said
Mark Sanzer makes report and registry as follows,
Name, Mark Sanzer, age, about 47 years, Birthplace,
Germany & King of France, Nation and allegiance,
France and King thereof, place whence he migrated
