Richard R. Tudor  )  R. Tudor upon his solemn oath
                     represents, that he was born in Wales
that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen
of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiances and
fidelity to every foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty
whatever and particularly to Queen Victoria I of England of
whom he was heretofore a subject.  And the said Richard
R. Tudor makes report and registry as follows, viz: Name,
Richard R. Tudor, Birthplace, Wales, Age, thirty five, Nation
and Allegiance English, Place whence he migrated, Liverpool,
Place of intended settlement, Cambria County. ---
