Tudor upon his solemn oath represents, that he was born in Wales that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiances and fidelity to every foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty whatever and particularly to Queen Victoria I of England of whom he was heretofore a subject. And the said Richard R. Tudor makes report and registry as follows, viz: Name, Richard R.
