John Williams ) The declaration of John Williams upon his Solemn Oath represents that he was born in North Wales that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiances and fidelity to every foreign prince, potentate state or sovereignty whatever and particularly to Queen Victoria of Britain & Ireland of whom he was heretofore a subject. And the said John Williams makes report and registry as follows viz: Name John Williams, Birthplace N.
