Crumenacher, et ux. to George Sharp This Indenture made the 12th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six by and between Joseph Crumenacher of Cambria County and State of Pennsylvania and Mary Ann his wife of the one part and George Sharp of said County and state aforesaid of the other part, Witneseth, that the said Joseph Crumenacher and Mary Ann his wife for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said George Sharp at and before the sealing and delivery,hereof the receipt and payment whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof do forever acquit and discharge the said Joseph Sharp his heirs executors and administrators by these present have granted bargained and sold and by these present do grant, bargain and sell unto the said George Sharp and to his heirs and assigns a certain Tract of Land situate in Allegheny Township County & State aforsaid and bounded as follows, viz: Beginning at a post thence West one hundred and fifty perches with John Kearyer & ...to a post thence South twenty one degrees West sixty nine & one third perches with John M. Elder to a post thence East one hundred & fifty perches with Tolance Moyer to a post, thence North twenty one degrees East sixty-nine and one third perches to the Beginning, Containing fifty one acres and eight 1/3 perches ... increases the same being part of a Tract Land ... right to Michael M. Green and conveyed by said Michael M. Green & Margaret his wife to Tolance Meyer by deed dated the 8th day of September 1832, and by deeds of said Mayer to said Joseph Crumenacher by deed dated the 15th day of March 1836, Together with all and singular the rights, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging and the ... rents, issues and profits thereof and also all the estate, right, title, interest, profecty claims and demand whatever of them the said Joseph Crumenacher and Mary Ann his wife in law or equity or otherwise however of to or out of the same or any part thereof, To have and to hold the said fifty one acres and eight 1/3 perches of land, hereditaments and premises hereby granted and sold with the appurtenance unto the said George Sharp and his heirs and assigns forever and the said Joseph Crumenacher & Mary Ann his wife for themselves ... their heirs executors and administrators doth hereby covenent premise grant and agree to and with the said George Sharp his heirs and assigns by these presents, that they the said Joseph Crumenacher and Mary Ann his wife the above described premises hereby granted and sold with the appurtenances unto the said George Sharp his heirs and assigns against the said Joseph Crumenacher and Mary Ann his wife and their heirs and against every other person and persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will Warrent and forever defend by these presents, In testimony whereof the said Joseph Crumenacher and Mary Ann his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals the day & year first above written. Witness my hand Witness present James Mageehan /s/ Joseph Crumenacher (written in German) Cambria County On the 12th day of October 1846, before me and one of the Justce of the Peace in & for said County personally came the above named Joseph Crumenacher and Mary Ann his wife, and acknowledged the within Indenture to be their act and deed to the end that the same might be recorded as such. She the said Mary Ann being of full age and the contents of this Indenture made known to her and apart from her said husband by me examined, acknowledged the same to be her resolute act and deed and the she was not compeled thereto by her said husband.
