PA Know all men by these ... that I, Jerome Flick of the Township of Allegheny in the County of Cambria and State of Pennsylvania for and in consideration of the sum of $500 to me in hand paid by Andrew Flick of the Township of Munster, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said Andrew Flick and to his heirs and assigns forever all my right, title and interest, of, in and to all those certain pieces or parcels of land situate in Munster Township, Cambria County, Pennsylvania bounded and described as follows: Tract No. 1. Beginning at the post or stone corner on road leading from Loretto to Munster, thence 57 degrees North; then West 74 1/2 perches with land of Augustine Durbin to post in lane; thence North 21 1/2 degrees East 107 perches with the land of Henry Willibrand and George Sharp aforesaid to post corner on land of John Koons, Jr.; thence East 60 perches with said Koons land and the Brownson survey to post on said road from Loretto to Munster; thence along said road South 13 1/2 degrees West 145 perches to the place of beginning; containing 50 acres more or less with the usual allowance of six per cent for roads. Tract No. 2. Beginning at the post; thence West 150 perches with John Kerney to a post; thence South 21 degrees West 69 1/3 Perches with John McEller to a post; thence East 150 perches with Tolance Meyer to a post; thence North 21 degrees East 69 1/3 perches to place of beginning, containing 51 2/3 acres. The aforesaid Tracts of land being the Old Sharp Homestead which became vested in Mary Sharp intermarried with Jerome Flick by will of John C. Sharp duly recorded in Will Book Volume Five (5) page 579. The said Mary Sharp intermarried with Jerome Flick died intestate leaving to survive her, her husband the said Jerome Flick and two children, Alma Flick and Andrew W. Flick. The purpose of this Deed being to transfer the life estate of the said Jerome Flick to Andrew Flick, the grantee herein; Together with all and singular, the hereditaments, appurtenances, hereunto belonging of in anywise appertaining and the revisions, remainder, rents, issues and the property thereof; and all the right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of me the said Jerome Flick either in law of equity, of, in, and to the above bargained premises. To Have and to Hold the same unto the paid Andrew Flick, and his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof, I have herewith set my hand and seal this 14th day of February, A.D. 1916.
