Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto her well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns. All that certain piece of land situate in the Township of White - Cambria County and state of Pennsylvania bounded and described as follows viz = Beginning at a post thence North eighty-seven and a half west eighteen perches to a stone heap Thence north two and a half East to a stone heap Thence south eighty seven and a half perches east eighteen perches to a post Thence East two and a half west nine perches to a post or place of beginning, bonded on the south by lands of David A. Glass on the west by lands of Margaret Jackson and on the East by lands of Joseph Fry containing one hundred and sixty-two perches. Being part of a larger piece of land warranted in the name of Gibson and which by diverse conveyances and assurances in due form was confirmed unto Benjamin Byers Sr. and recorded in the office for recording of Deeds in the county of Cambria and state aforesaid in Book Vol 5 p. 482 who by his deed dated the fourth day of September A. D. 1866 and Recorded in the aforesaid office in Record Book Vol. 25 p 352 and conveyed the same to Gideon D. Byers who by his deed dated the 27 day of October A. D. 1868 and Recorded as intended so to be conveyed the same to Henry Pennington who by his deed dated the 16th day of June 1869 conveyed the same to Henri Allmay who by his deed dated the 8th day of September 1869 and recorded in the office aforesaid in Record Book 30 page 71 and conveyed the same to the present grantor. Together with all and singular the improvements ways waters water courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof and all the estate, right, title, interest property claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part in law equity or otherwise howsoever, of in and to the same and every part thereof, to have and to Hold the said hereditaments and premises hereby, granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Margaret Jackson the said parties (sic) of the first part her heirs, executors and administrators do by these presents covenant grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that she the said parties (sic) of the first part her heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises here above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against her the said parties (sic) of the first part and her heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have to these presents set their hands and seals dated the day and year first above written. Margaret Jackson Sealed and delivered in the presence of us John H. Franklin R. B. Petinon Received the day of the date of the above Indenture of the above named sum of Twenty dollars lawful money of the United States being the consideration money above mentioned in full.
