Kline of Elder Township Cambria County Pa. of the first part and Anthony Kline of Hastings, Pa. of the second part, Witnesseth: That the party of the first part hereby sells to the party of the second part all the surface of his certain farm situate in Elder township in said County, Pa. bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a sugar corner of Henry Fosters land thence by the land of said Henry Foster North Eighty-nine degrees West seventy-three perches, more or less to a post, thence by land of Charles Blun (Klein) South two degrees West Thirty perches, more or less - Thence South two degrees West twenty six perches more or less to a Post, thence by land of Clement Shulty South Eighty-Eight degrees East Seventy perches more or less to a post, thence by the land of Henry Foster N. Nine degrees West Seventy- eight perches more or less to the place of beginning. Containing Thirty-two acres, more or less, and also the following described piece of land adjoining the foregoing to wit: Beginning at a Post thence North Eighty-eight degrees West Seventy-nine perches more or less to a post, thence by land of Philip Miller South two degrees West one hundred perches more or less to a Post, thence partly by land of Francis Yeager and Clement Shulde South Eighty-eight degrees East Ninety-one perches more or less to a post, thence North two degrees East twenty-six perches more or less to a post thence North Eighty-eight degrees West Six perches more or less to a post thence North two degrees East twenty-six perches more or less to the Beginning. Containing Fifty one acres more or less and the usual allowance for the Consideration of Five Hundred Dollars, and on payment of which the party of the first part to make a good deed in fee, and also party of first part sells for the consideration of Nine Hundred Dollars all the coal, rights and mining privileges of on or under said described land, but with the privileges of repurchasing said coal by himself or his heirs from the party of the second part of his heirs upon the payment of Nine Hundred Dollars with interest at 5 per cent, together with taxes and necessary expenses upon which payment Anthony Kline is to make a deed to Charles Kline of his heirs in fee and clear of liens or Judgements or incumbrances. Or if party of second part can sell coal satisfactorily to Charles Kline he is to do so deducting his Nine Hundred Dollars interest and expenses as above mentioned the heirs of both parties to be understood wherever parties are referred to.
