D. one thousand nine hundred and seven personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace within and for the county and State aforesaid Andrew T. jackson, who being duly sworn according to law declares that he is 63 years of age, and a resident of Reade Township in the county of Cambria, State of Pennsylvania; and that he is the identical person who was enrolled at Curwensville, Clearfield County under the name of Andrew T. Jackson, on the 18th day of August 1862 as a Private, in Company B, 149 Regt of Penna Volunteers to serve three years or during the war in the service of the United States in the Civil war, and was HONORABLY DISCHARGED at Elmira New York, on the 8 day of July 1865. The he was not employed in the military or naval service of the United States otherwise than as stated above. That his personal description at enlistment was as follows: Height, 5 feet _____ inches; complexion, fair; color of eyes, gray; color of hair, dark; that his occupation was a farmer; thatt he was born February 19th, 1844 at Arch Springs in Blair Co. Pa. That his several places of residence since leaving the service have been as follows: one year at Millport, Clearfield Co., and the remainder at Glasgow, Cambria Co. Pa. The he is a pensioner. The he has heretofore applied for pension Pension Certificate is 905726. That he makes this declaration for the purpose of being placed on the pension roll of the United States under the provisions of the act of February 6, 1907. That his post-office address is Flinton, county of Cambria, State of Pennsylvania. Andrew T. Jackson Attest: (1) John Troxell (2) John P. Stine Also personally appeared John Troxell, residing in Glasgow and John P. Stine, residing in Glasgow, persons whom I certify to be respectable and entitled to credit, and who, being by me duly sworn, say that they were present and saw Andrew T. Jackson, the claimant, sign his name (or make his mark) to the foregoing declaration; that they have every reason to believe, from the appearance of the claimant and their acquaintance with him of 50 years and 15 years, reespectively, that he is the identical person he represents himself to be, and that they have no interest in the prosecution of this claim. D. 1907, and I hereby certify that the contents of the above declaration, etc, were fully made known and explained to the applicant and witnesses before swearing, including the words ___, added; and that I have no interest, direct or indirect, in the prosecution of this claim.
