The Cambria Freeman. (Ebensburg, Pa.) 1867-1938: May 07, 1868 May 7, 1868
Harriet, youngest daughter of Geo. C. K. Zahm, Esq., had the misfortune to strike
one of her eyes with the point of a scissors blade, on Thursday last, and it is
feared the sight has been entirely destroyed. She was endeavoring to undo a knot in
the rope of a swing when the scissors slipped and struck her in the eye, as above
stated.
