The Alleghanian. (Ebensburg, Pa.) March 14, 1861
The wife of our old and respected fellow townsman, John Rodgers, Sr., met with a
painful accident on Saturday. While walking on her porch, which was covered with
snow and extremely slippery, she fell and fractured her left leg. The fracture was
immediately reduced, and the patient is now as comfortable as circumstances admit.
