Democrat And Sentinel: (Ebensburg, Pa.) July 23, 1856
We are informed that on Wednesday last, a man named Mickline killed another person
in Cambria county, by striking him on the head with the but-end of a gun, and
afterwards mutilating his body by beating it with the same weapon. It is said the
act was premeditated. Mickline is confined in the jail at Ebensburg.
