(Ebensburg, Pa.) 1867-1938 October 7, 1869 A little son of Mr. G. Hagar, of Millville borough, died very suddenly on Wednesday night last. He had been at school during the day, but took sick after going home and died the same night, leaving a greatly bereaved family to mourn his loss. The Millville schools, to which he belonged, turned out to the funeral, and also the German Lutheran select school, forming a long procession. He was buried in Sandy Vale cemetery, at 4 o'clock on Friday afternoon.
