Tuesday Morning, 27 Feb 1917 EMMA HILLCOCK BRALLIER. Mrs. Emma Hillcock Brallier, wife of Dr. S. A. E. Brallier, of 312 Grove street, Conemaugh, died suddenly at her home at 12.10 o'clock Sunday morning, following a stroke of apoplexy. She was aged 46 and was a daughter of Dr. James Hillcock, of Lancaster, O. She was united in marriage to Dr. Brallier, in Philadelphia, in 1906. Mrs. Brallier, previous to her marriage had been a trained nurse, having graduated from the training school for nurses of the Jefferson Medical college. In addition to her husband she is survived by one sister, Mrs. S. A. D. Miller, of Lancaster, O., and one brother, Charles Hillcock, of the state of Michigan. J. C. Brallier, of 1206 Eighteenth avenue, was a cousin of the deceased woman, who had a number of other distant Altoona relatives. Brief funeral services were conducted at the late home at 8 o'clock last evening, after which the body was sent to Indiana, Pa., where burial will be made this afternoon.
