LILLY WOMAN'S BROTHER SUCCUMBS ON BIRTHDAY

LILLY, May 7—Frank Brandt, aged 57 years, a prominent resident of Altoona, and who 
was a brother of Mrs. George Seabolt, of this place, died yesterday morning at the home 
of his daughter, Mrs. Arthur Hughes, of Altoona, after an illness of about six months.  
His death occurred on his natal anniversary.  The deceased was one of the best known 
contractors in this part of the State, having been president of the Altoona Concrete 
Construction and Supply Company.  Mr. Brandt was a member of St. John's Catholic 
Church and of the Altoona Lodge, B.P.O.E.
