Saturday Morning, 4 May 1918 BROWN James Harley Brown of Richland, Cambria county, died at the home of his son Clair Kyle Brown, of Greenwood at 12:30 p.m. of a complication of diseases. He was born at Richlands, June 16, 1861, where he lived as a farmer until a year ago when he came to live with the son at whose home he died. He is survived by his wife who was Miss Anna Lynn of Hollidaysburg and one son, four brothers and three sisters: T. C. Brown of Bellwood, David of Greenwood, George W. of Patton, William J. of Richlands, Mrs. Lizzie Reed and Mrs. C. Batts of Richland and Mrs. Anna Beers of Grampian, Clearfield county. He was a life long member of the Richland Methodist church. The funeral will leave the home of the son in Greenwood Monday morning at 8 o'clock and will go by auto to Richland where services will be held in the M. E. church at 10 o'clock. Interment in church cemetery.
