Friday, 21 Apr 1911 Volume 45, Number 16 Herman Byrnes Dead Ebensburg folks were greatly shocked today to learn of the death at his home near Barnesboro at 2 o'clock this morning of Herman Byrnes, for a number of years a clerk at the Mountain House in this place. Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed but it is likely the obsequies will take place Monday morning. Mr. Byrnes had been a resident of Ebensburg for a number of years, being connected with the Mountain House during that time. He became ill some time ago with Bright's disease and although every effort was made to combat the disease it was impossible to save the young man's life. Mr. Byrnes was unmarried. He is survived by his parents and a number of brothers and sisters. Cambria Freeman Ebensburg, Pa.
