John Cameron, for many years, an employee of the Cambria Steel Company, died of general debility this afternoon after an illness lasting nine weeks. He was born at Blacklick, Indiana County, early in June 1856, and was married in this vicinity many years ago to Martha Jane Grow, who survives him. Besides his widow, he is survived by a sister, Miss Mollie Cameron, who makes her home with the deceased's family; a brother, Charles Cameron, of Tennessee; a son, Boyd Cameron, of West Taylor Township, and by three daughters--Mrs. J. Harry Goughnour and Mrs. A.G. Lawrence, of Coopersdale, and Mrs. Betts, wife of the Rev. John Betts, of South Brownsville, Fayette County. Mr. Cameron was a communicant of the Cooper Ave. Methodist Episcopal Church. He severed his connection with the Cambria Steel Company several years ago on account of his health.
