The body will be taken to Ashville tomorrow afternoon by Undertaker Buck, of this place. Mr. Chirdon was 62 years old and spent most of his life in Ashville and Gallitzin. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ellen Chirdon, and the following children: Alvin, Ashville; Martin, Trenton, N.J.; Clarence, Scranton; Frances, wife of Wallace Hoyer and Cecilia, wife of Ellis Michaels, both of Beaverdale.
