	Mrs. Susan Chirdon

	Mrs. Susan Chirdon, aged 84 years, died on Monday at her home in Coupon.  The funeral 
took place yesterday morning from the Coupon Catholic Church.  Mrs. Chirdon is survived by 
the following children: Mrs. Alexander Marlett, John and Charles of Asheville; Peter and Mrs. 
Annie Moser of Altoona; Mrs. Robert Bendon of Portage; Jesse and Jacob of Gallitzin; and M.D. 
and James of Coupon.

	Pennsylvania Certificate of Death, file  #77406: Susan Chirden, white female, widowed, 
occupation housewife, born 09 Feb 1837 in PA, died 15 Jul 1918 in Gallitzin, PA, aged 87 years, 
5 months, 6 days.  Cause of death chronic gastritis of 3 months duration, Dr. Donnally attending 
physician.  Buried 17 Jul 1918 in Coupon, PA, E. W. Abel of Ashville undertaker.  Father's name 
John Delozier from U.S.A., mother's name unknown.  Informant M. D. Chirdon from Coupon, 
PA
