Herman Coleman, aged 87 years, whose health has been impaired for some months, died of general debility Saturday night at the home of his son, Isaac R. Coleman, 618 Horner Street, Seventh Ward. Mr. Coleman was one of the oldest members of the First Lutheran Church. Funeral Services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in charge of the Rev. H.W. Snyder, pastor of the the First Lutheran Church, and the Rev. S.V. Carmany, of Willow-Street Evangelical Church. Internment will be in Grandview Cemetery. The deceased was born near Somerset and was married there a long time ago to Miss Sarah Trent , a sister of the late Mrs. William H. Levergood. For many years Herman Coleman was an employee of the Cambria Iron Company, becoming a pensioner 15 years ago when he resided in Kernville, where Mrs. Coleman died four years ago. Mr. Coleman is survived by the following children : William H. Coleman, Napoleon Street; Mrs. Lydia Michaels, Beaverdale; Mrs. S.E. Ream, Everhart Street; Harry L. Coleman, Everhart Street; Charles Coleman, Sherman Street; Mrs. William Swank, Hooversville, and Isaac R. Coleman. Twenty three grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren, also survive. Herman died 12 Mar 1921, aged 87y 0m 18d, from arterial sclerosis and senile debility, attending physician Dr. Weaver. Buried in Grand View Cemetery 15 Mar 1921.
