Friday, 9 Aug 1912 Volume 45, Number 31 James W. Condon Dead James W. Condon, 30 years of age and unmarried, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Condon, died at Gallitzin Monday of hemorrhages of the lungs. Mr. Condon had been in ill health for many years, suffering from tuberculosis. Sunday last while walking in Firemen's park, he was suddenly seized with hemorrhages of the lungs and became so weakened that it was necessary to carry him to his home. Medical skill was unable to aid him and death resulted as stated. Besides his parents, he is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Edward of Juniata; Andrew of New York; Emma, wife of Gilbert McCombie of Carrolltown; Ruth, Joseph, Florence and Grace, at home. The funeral took place Wednesday morning from St. Patrick's Catholic church with interment in the church cemetery.
