The Patton courier: (Patton, Cambria Co., Pa.): 6 June 1929
Donald E. Dufton, aged 74, of Johnstown, a prominent figure in Cambria County legal
circles for more than 40 years, died at the Memorial hospital in Johnstown, at an
early hour on Monday morning where he had been a patient since May 27th, suffering
with pleurisy. He suffered a stroke of paralysis Sunday morning from which he failed
to rally. He was recognized as an authority on constitutional law, not only in
Cambria county, but in all parts of the state.
