DEVINE. - Died, in this place, on Tuesday morning last, Miss Rosanna I., eldest 
daughter of H. C. and Catharine Devine, aged 19 years and 11 days; and on Wednesday 
night, 12th inst., Juniata, fourth daughter of same parents, aged 13 years and 10 months.

Two more victims of that dread disease, diptheria, and another family deeply and doubly 
bereaved by the hand of death. Both of the deceased were estimable and promising young 
ladies, and their untimely deaths have not only moved to deepest sympathy the hearts of 
our people, but have left a void in the family circle which will throughout life serve to 
remind the poor stricken mother especially of the great bereavement which like a dark 
pall has overshadowed her household. May He who doeth all things well mercifully 
vouchsafe comfort and consolation to the bereaved ones. Funeral to-day at 2 o'clock.
