Friday morning last while Christ Dill, of Johnstown, was searching along the river banks and in the alleys for what he could find, he found a large piece of glass in his wanderings and concluded he would take it along and some day sell it. About 10 o'clock that night he started for home with the glass under one arm and a clock under the other. Five minutes later he was found near the borough of Dale, near the Bedford pike, with his throat cut, broken pieces of glass were about him and the blood was flowing from the terrible wound. He was dead in a few minutes. He had fallen, and as he did so his throat struck the piece of glass. Deceased was a married man and his wife and children live in Cincinnati.
