Wednesday Morning, November 13, 1918 DOMZELLA Alfred H. Domzella died at the Gallitzin emergency hospital on last Saturday of pneumonia following a short illness. He contracted the influenza while assisting the board of health of that town to check the spread of the disease. He was born in Summerhill, April 23, 1889, and was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Domzella of 404 Cleveland street. He spent most of his life in Gallitzin and was employed by the Tunnel Coaling company until the epidemic broke out. Besides his wife and son, "Billie," and his parents, Mr. Demzella [sic] is survived by the following brothers and sisters: W. A. of Gallitzin, Harriet, Emma, Edith, Alma, Edward, Margaret and Eleanor, all at home. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran church and the Woodmen of the World. The body of Mr. Domzella was removed to his parents' home where funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Interment was made in Union cemetery.
