NICKTOWN -- Henry Duman, 75, died yesterday afternoon at 
his home in Barr Township, near Nicktown.  His death occurred on 
the same farm on which he was born.  Mr. Duman formerly served 
as a member of the Barr Township School Board and also served a 
term as road supervisor in the township.  Mr. Duman was a son of 
George and Caroline (Nore) Duman, early settlers in Cambria 
County, and was born December 9, 1864.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary (Parrish) Duman, and 
these children:  Rev. Father Maximilian Duman, O. S. B., St. 
Vincent's College, Beatty, Rupert Duman, Carrolltown; Leo A. 
Duman, Ebensburg; Mrs. Eleanor Stiffler, Twin Rocks; Gallitzin 
Duman, McKees Rocks, and Miss Rose Duman.
