Friday, 1 Mar 1907 Volume 41, Number 9 Ebensburg Man Dies in Pittsburg Daniel [first name blurred; could be David] Evans, age 52 years, formerly of Cambria Township, died at his home in Oakland, Pittsburg, early Friday morning after suffering for a week from typhoid pneumonia. The deceased, who was a blacksmith, left Ebensburg about 30 years ago and since followed his vocation in and about Pittsburg. Besides his wife and three children he is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Hosea of Ebensburg and Alexander of Pittsburg; J. H. of Conemaugh; Miss Annie of Ebensburg and Sarah, wife of Hugh Evans and Alice, wife of Evan Griffith, both of North Ebensburg.
