Friday, 5 Jan 1906 Volume 39, Number 52 Mrs. Esther Everly Mrs. Esther Everly, wife of Francis Englebert Everly, died at the East End Hospital, Pittsburg, Wednesday, December 20, 1905 at 1:45 p.m. from pneumonia. The deceased was born in St. Augustine, Cambria county, June 10, 1881, and was aged 24 years, 6 months and 10 days. From childhood she was a devoted member of the Catholic church. She is survived by one daughter, Ethel; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Delozier of Ashville, also by the following sisters: Mrs. Joseph P. Myers of Mark Hanna; Mrs. John E. Rosensteel of Ebensburg; Mrs. John C. Gutwald of Amsbry; Mrs. Morgan G. Stoy of East Pittsburg; Minnie, Bessie, Alma, Helen and Myrtle and one brother – Thomas – all at home. Deceased was highly respected by all who knew her. Her sudden demise was a severe shock to her parents and friends as her condition had not been considered serious. The family have the sympathy of a large circle of friends in their great loss. The funeral took place at Ashville on Saturday morning, Dec. 23, at nine o'clock after a requiem high mass conducted by the Rev. J. J. Ludden. Interment was made in St. Michael's cemetery at Loretto.
