The fall occurred on Tuesday at the home of her son, Earl H. Forsha, of Monessen, where she had been visiting. Mrs. Forsha was born May 4, 1858, in Johnstown, the daughter of the late Jacob and Cynthia Harrold. Her father was principal of the Johnstown schools and a veteran of the Civil War. She was married on September 23, 1877, and her husband died October 23, 1938. The couple lived in Millwood for a number of years and moved to Derry in 1899. Mrs. Forsha was taken to the hospital on the birthday of her son Earl's wife. She died on the birthday of her son Harvey's wife. She is survived by four sons, Harry L., of Wilkinsburg; Clyde W., of Wilkinsburg; Earl H., of Monessen; and Lloyd, of Monessen. She is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Fred Hurst, of Oklahoma City, Okla., and a brother, Hill Harrold, of Uniontown. Four grandchildren also survive. Friends may view the body at her late home until Sunday evening when funeral services will be held at 7:30 o'clock. Interment will be made Monday morning at Cole's cemetery, Derry.
