Friday, 17 Mar 1905 Volume 39, Number 10 Edward Farabaugh While on his way to Ebensburg on Thursday last to consult medical advice about a slight cough, Edward Farabaugh, a son of Matthew Farabaugh, Munster, was suddenly taken seriously ill. He was quickly removed to his home but died before a physician could be summoned. Two years ago the deceased was stricken with typhoid pneumonia from which he had apparently recovered. It is believed that the effects of the former disease had weakened his heart and hence the cause of his sudden death. Edward Farabaugh was twenty-four years and one day old and was well known and very popular in the locality in which he lived all his life. He is survived by his father and the following brothers and sisters: George; Minnie, unmarried at home; Michael of Noel's Station; Mrs. Samuel Latterner and Mrs. James Garrett of Munster; Mrs. Edward Sutton of Williamsburg; Gallitzin, a law student of Georgetown University, Washington D. C. The funeral took place Sunday morning with a solemn requiem mass in St. Michael's Catholic Church at Loretto.
