Frederick A. Flaugh 

Frederick A. Flaugh, the 4-year-old son of Augustine and Harry (sic) Smith Flaugh of Johnstown, fell 
into a tub of hot water at the home of his parents last Tuesday and died Saturday morning.  He was 
badly scalded about the chest and abdomen.
