The Cambria freeman. (Ebensburg, Pa.) 1867-1938: June 23, 1870
The remains of old Peggy Griffith, well known to many of our readers in the north of
the county, were interred in the Catholic cemetery in this place on Saturday last.
She was about seventy years of age, some forty-three of which were spent in bed, she
having been bedridden during all that time. She died at the poor house, where the
last thirteen years of her life were passed. Peace to her ashes.
