Miss Susan Gallagher

Gallitzin, Feb. 4 -- Miss Susan Gallagher, aged 74, died at 
2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the home of Mrs. T. S. 
Troxell, after lying unconscious for seven days.  Miss 
Gallagher was stricken with paralysis about a year ago 
while in Beaver, Pa., and a second time a week ago.

She was born and reared at the half-way house between 
Cresson and Loretto and was the last of a large family.  
During the last few years she had lived in Allegheny and 
Beaver, coming here a few months ago. The funeral was held 
at nine o'clock Monday morning in the Catholic Church here, 
after which the remains were taken to Loretto for burial.
