RITA GRANT

	Mrs. Grant, 64, of 312 Cathedral Ave., Cresson, died Monday, July 12, 1982, in Mercy 
Hospital.

	She was born April 7, 1918, in Cresson, the daughter of Thomas P. and Susan (Conrad) 
Hammill, and married Donald Grant.

	Surviving are her husband; six children: Thomas Grant, Don Wayne and Theodore Grant 
in Ohio, Gary of Cresson, Donna Dubin of Mineral Point and Craig, at home, and nine 
grandchildren.

	Also surviving are seven brothers and sisters: Merle in Michigan, Mrs. Lenore Trybus of 
Cresson, Donald, Thomas, Valera Hebden and Betty Mechtly in California and Joseph of 
Pittsburgh.

	Mrs. Grant was a member of Altar-Rosary Society of St. Francis Xavier's Catholic 
Church, Cresson.

	Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in 
the Charles M. Kennedy Funeral Home, Cresson.


GRANT - The funeral of Rita Grant of Cresson will be held with a mass of Christian burial at 11 
a.m. Thursday in St. Francis Xavier's Catholic Church, Cresson, by Father Carl Spishak.  
Interment in church cemetery.
