(Ebensburg, Pa.) 1867-1938: April 29, 1871 A man named Taylor Hatch, a conductor on the through freight, was instantly killed at Blairsville Intersection by falling under the cars when in motion. He was running along the top of the cars, and, making a misstep, fell to the track. Fifteen cars ran over him.
