H. Heyer, Esq., aged 34 years and 15 days. The deceased was much respected for his private and professional virtues. In January, 1840, he married Miss Mary Jane Moore, daughter of Johnston Moore, Esq., of this Brough, by whom he had three children, one since dead. An affectionate wife, and two children are thus left to mourn the early decease of a dutiful husband and parent. The funeral ceremonies which took place on Saturday were unusually solemn and imposing. Though the rain fell in torrents, a huge number of the Military come out; consisting of Gen. White's command, the Cambria Guards, and others. A large concourse of our population followed the remains of their former fellow citizen, to his funeral resting place in Lloyd's Cemetery.
