Dies Very Suddenly 
Mrs. Patrick Harrigan of Carrolltown Seized with Coughing Spell Sunday Morning

Mrs. Harrigan, wife of Patrick Harrigan, who is proprietor of the Fairview Hotel in 
Carrolltown, died very suddenly at her home Sunday morning.  Mrs. Harrigan had been 
feeling well Sunday morning but a few hours after she arose, she was seized with a 
violent attack of coughing.  She then vomited a great deal and went into convulsions.  
Dr. Arbet was hurriedly summoned but arrived a very short time after her death.  Death 
was probably due to heart failure.  The deceased had been subject to asthma which 
evidently caused the coughing. 

Her funeral took place Wednesday morning.
