James Henry, aged 40 years, of Frugality, who is employed in the coal mines at that place, while going home from work yesterday afternoon about 4 o'clock, was run down . . . and had both legs badly . . . . injured man was brought . . . last night and taken to the hospital. The right leg was amputated below the knee. The other leg can be saved. Later. - Henry's injuries were more serious than was supposed at first, and resulted in his death this morning. He was also hurt internally and was not able to survive the shock caused by the amputation of his leg. The unfortunate man leaves a wife and four children. Coroner McCartney was notified of the death and will go to Frugality tomorrow to learn more particulars concerning the accident. The remains were given in charge of Undertaker Lafferty to prepare for burial, and were shipped to Frugality on the 4 o'clock train this afternoon.
