HORNAUER - Mrs. Annie Mae, 84, of 113 Main Street, Gallitzin, died at 11:45 
p.m., May 28, 1962, in Mercy Hospital, Altoona. Born March 20, 1878, in 
Bennington, daughter of Isaac and Sarah (Brubaker) Wilt. Preceded in death by 
husband, Frank, April 8, 1955, and son, Oscar Melhorn, in 1960. Survived by 
these children: Francis, Vinco; Russell and Mrs. Martha Buckrop, both of 
Gallitzin, and George, State College. Also 13 grandchildren, 20 great-
grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Sister of Eneas and Norman Wilt, 
both of Altoona. Member of Rebekah Lodge, Cresson, and United Lutheran Church 
Women of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Cresson. Friends received at Conrad-Lenz 
Funeral Home, Gallitzin. Funeral at 2 p. m. Thursday at St. John’s Church, 
Rev. Paul Richard Shelley. Interment, Union Cemetery, Gallitzin.
