Find Body

  The body of Emele Hugo, a French laborer, employed at the Commercial 
Coal Company's operation at Vintondale was found Sunday morning on the 
railroad tracks near that town. Suspicions that the man was a victim of 
foul play has arisen from the fact that although he was known to have 
had $15 on his person Saturday evening there was no money on the 
remains when found.
