Friday, 28 Jul 1905 Volume 39, Number 29 Old Lady Stricken While attending mass at St. Aloysius Catholic church at the Summit Sunday morning, Mrs. Catherine Ivory, aged about sixty-six years, was stricken with paralysis. She died at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning without having regained consciousness at the residence of John Stevens, just opposite the church, where she had been carried at the time she was attacked by her sudden illness. Mrs. Ivory had driven over to the Summit with her son-in-law, Edward Walters, who was sitting by her when she was stricken. She had not complained of ill health before starting. The dead woman was the widow of the late James Ivory and widely known about here. She is survived by a number of children. The funeral took place at 8 o'clock Friday morning, interment was at Gallitzin.
